A wine bar that needed one word

Three natural wine bars trading under three different names, one of which belonged to a florist two streets away.

Naming

The brief was to find a single name that could carry three rooms with very different characters, and to do it without landing on anything that sounded like a cocktail list. Rosewater came out of the second round: it is a real thing, it is faintly old-fashioned, and it says something about color without saying wine. The magenta is printed rather than lit, because none of the three rooms would survive a neon sign and all three of them survive a paper label.
